Beet salad “General” -DELICIOUS-This is NOT the Word! This hearty and spicy salad with a courageous name will appeal to men.
Ingredients:
200 g boiled meat
4 boiled eggs
2 boiled beets (medium size)
2 boiled carrots (medium size)
100 g hard cheese
2 tooth garlic
mayonnaise
Приготовление:Мясо порезать мелкими кусочками, добавить измельчённый чеснок и немного mayonnaiseа, всё перемешать.Остальные ингредиенты натереть на крупной тёрке.
Уложить слоями: мясо, сыр, яйца, морковь, свёклу, каждый слой смазать тонким слоем mayonnaiseа.
Decorate the salad with herbs and refrigerate to soak.
