Workout “tricks” for people with bad knees

1. Salad of chicken fillet, fresh cucumbers and canned champignons

Ingredients:

● 2-3 boiled chicken fillets,

Cooking:

2. Salad “Royal”

This salad is very hearty and delicious.

Ingredients:

● Chicken breast fillet – 400g
● Cherry tomatoes – 250g (you can take the usual ones, but with cherry, in my opinion, it tastes better)
● Cheese – 200g
● Champignons – 250g
● Mayonnaise
● Salt

Cooking:

Boil the chicken fillet, remove from the broth, cool. Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, fry in a minimum amount of oil, cool. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Cheese cut into cubes 5x5mm, tomatoes into quarters. Mix chicken, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes in a bowl.
Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste, transfer to a salad bowl and serve. Enjoy your meal!

6. SALAD “HELEL”

Ingredients:

● 300 grams of champignons,
● 300 grams of chicken fillet,
● 150 grams of sour cream,
● 100 grams of cheese,
● three eggs,
● a small can of pineapples,
● one kiwi,
● one bulb and
● mayonnaise

Cooking:

Cut the mushrooms and onions, and fry them in sour cream. Let cool and lay out the salad bowl. This will be our first layer. Boil chicken fillet in salted water, let cool and cut into pieces. We spread the fillet on the mushrooms and grease with mayonnaise. The second layer is ready.

The third layer – we rub the boiled eggs on a coarse grater (you can finely cut into cubes). Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise. We cut the canned pineapple into small cubes, put it on the egg layer and grease with mayonnaise. The last layer is cheese, grated on a medium grater.

7. ISABELLA SALAD

Ingredients:

● Smoked leg – 2 pieces;
● Chicken eggs – 5 pieces;
● Champignons – 500 grams;
● Bulb onion – 2 heads;
● Pickled cucumbers – 3 pieces;
● Carrots in Korean.

Cooking:

Boil the eggs, finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry in vegetable oil. Put the salad in layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise.
1st layer – chopped smoked leg:
2nd layer – fried mushrooms;
3rd layer – passivated bow;
4th layer – finely chopped eggs;
5th layer – diced pickles;

8. Salad with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

● Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
● Cheese – 150 g
● Canned mushrooms – 400 g
● Chicken breast – 1 pc.

9. Salad “Venice”

Ingredients:

● 400 g chicken breast
● 300 g mushrooms
● 200 g prunes
● 200 g cheese
● 2-3 potatoes
● 2-3 eggs
● 1 cucumber

Ingredients:

● 2 packs of mayonnaise

Cooking:

Mushrooms cut, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, pepper and salt.
