Catherine Salad

Ingredients:

● Pickled champignons – 250 Grams
● Canned corn – 250 grams
● Pickled cucumber – 2-3 Pieces
● Sweet red pepper – 1-2 Pieces
● Onion – 1 piece
● Butter – 1 Art. a spoon
● Mayonnaise – To taste
● Salt – To taste

Cooking:

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion on it until golden brown. Then add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry for another 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and wait for the mushrooms and onions to cool down. We wash the pepper and remove the seeds from it, cut the pepper into small cubes.

Cucumber is also cut into cubes, squeezed and spread to pepper. Add canned corn.
And mushrooms fried with onions, salt and pepper to taste, mix all the ingredients. Before serving, season the salad with mayonnaise and serve.
