Healing Sour Borscht

Dr. Naumov, in order to improve and maintain health, advises eating borscht made from sauerkraut. Such borscht regulates the work of the pylorus and has a positive effect on the activity of the stomach. How to pickle vegetables for borscht?
First, prepare the beets: take fresh beets, wash, cut into several pieces and put in a jar. Pour brine (50 g of salt per 1 liter of water), close the jar with gauze in 3 layers and tie tightly. Leave fermentation in a dark, cool place for a week. Salt cabbage and tomatoes in the same way.

Ingredients for cooking healing borscht:
3 liters of water
300-500 g of pork meat,
3 art. l. pickled beets,
5 st. l. sauerkraut,
100 g boiled beans,
2-3 pickled tomatoes,
a few cloves of garlic.

Boil meat broth. We put the meat in water and add the peeled onion. When the meat is almost ready, pour 1 liter of broth into another saucepan, add sauerkraut and sauerkraut and simmer vegetables for 40 minutes. Add 100 g of boiled beans to the prepared vegetables (it can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator). Add potatoes to the pot with meat and cook until tender. Then mix the broth from both pots and add pickled tomatoes. After 5 minutes, the borscht is ready. It is served with sour cream and garlic. This dish is similar to a full meal.
