Milk Curd Cheese Rolls

INGREDIENTS:
curd cheese 150 g
shrimp 150 g
smoked trout 100 g
crab sticks 2-3 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
cucumber 1 pc.
sushi rice 1 cup
pickled ginger
nori seaweed
rice vinegar
soy sauce
wasabi
omelette
COOKING:
1 Boil rice, cool slightly and add rice vinegar. Beat the egg with the addition of soy sauce, fry on both sides, cool the omelet and cut into strips. Cut all prepared ingredients into cubes. Boil shrimp. На специальный коврик уложить nori seaweed.
