Mussels and Cheese Rolls

This recipe is suitable for those sushi lovers who do not want to spend a lot of money on expensive fish stuffing. It uses the principle that the main thing is the taste of rice and nori, and the filling can be anything.
INGREDIENTS:
rice for sushi 400 g
mussels in oil 200 g
processed cheese 1 jar
imitation red caviar 1/4 jar
nori sheets 6 pcs.
rice vinegar
COOKING:
1Cook sushi rice. Season rice with vinegar, mix. Add vinegar to taste. Rinse the mussels from the oil and, if they are large, cut them in half. Place the nori sheets on the roll mat and cut in half. Post pic. Put a strip of melted cheese in the middle.
2Lay out an imitation of red caviar, it is better to press it directly into the rice so that later it does not spill out of the finished rolls. Put the mussels in a strip on the cheese, roll up and cut into pieces. Put the mussel and cheese rolls on a dish and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
ADVICE
If there is no special rice vinegar, then instead of it you can make the following dressing: 0.5 tsp. salt dissolve together with 1 tsp. sugar in a small amount of hot water, pour 2 tsp. regular 9% vinegar and mix.
