Roast Chicken Wings and Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg potatoes
400 g chicken wings
200 g onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
vegetable oil
spices
salt
COOKING:
1 Cut the wings along the joint into two parts, brown in butter and transfer to a cauldron.
2 Cut the potatoes into cubes, chop the onion into half rings, fry everything in a pan in a mixture of juice from wings and oil until soft, add ketchup, pour a glass of broth (you can boil it) and mix.
3Pour roasted chicken in a cauldron, add potatoes, pepper, salt, season with spices to taste, close the lid and bring to readiness.
4 Roast Chicken Wings and Potatoes will be ready in about 30-40 minutes. Arrange the roast on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
