Pies with Cherry Pastry

INGREDIENTS
1.75 kg flour
250 g sugar
100 g margarine
50 g pressed yeast
3 eggs
2 glasses of milk
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt

COOKING:
1Приготовить одну опару из дрожжей, муки (3 tbsp), сахара (1 ст.л.) и молока (150 мл), дать постоять 15 минут, для другой взять по 2 tbsp flour and sugar, add salt, pour milk (350 ml), mix with the first and let stand for 40 minutes.
2 Rub sugar and yolks with melted margarine, sour cream and sunflower oil, add 2 beaten egg whites and gradually 5 cups of flour.
3 Connect everything and knead the elastic dough, let it come up, knead and let it go up again, turn on the oven to heat up to 170 degrees.
4 Make small pies, to save the juice, spread the cherry on a small amount of semolina and sprinkle with sugar, carefully pinch the edges.
5 Brush the pastry cherry pies on top with egg white and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
