Spanish Classic Tortilla

INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 1 kg
onion 400 g
eggs 4 pcs.
olive oil 3-4 tbsp.
baking powder 1 tsp
salt
COOKING:
1 Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the onion into thin rings, potatoes into slices. Use a non-stick pan so that you can easily flip the tortilla later.
2Pour in the olive oil and fry the potatoes and onions over medium heat. Salt at the end. Взбить яйца, разрыхлитель и salt. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the potatoes and onions to the resulting mixture, mix. Drain excess oil from skillet.
3Pour the egg-potato mixture into the preheated pan and cook for 15 minutes – the bottom should grab well. Using a plate or lid, flip the Tortilla Spanish-style and fry until cooked through.
