Spanish Corn and Potato Tortilla

Welcome to Spain! Try to cook a national dish – tortilla. There is no need to be scared, there is nothing complicated, in other words, these are vegetables filled with a beaten egg.
INGREDIENTS:
tomatoes 200 g
potatoes 100 g
corn 100 g
olive oil 60 ml
parsley 20 g
eggs 4 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
garlic 3 cloves
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
COOKING:
1 Cut peeled potatoes into circles, multi-colored sweet peppers into cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour vegetables, add chopped garlic, season with black pepper, salt, mix, simmer for 5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, add corn.
2Chop the greens very finely, add salt, beat in the eggs, beat thoroughly. Taste the potatoes, if it is already soft, then pour this mixture into the pan. Now there are two options: put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, or fry on the stove. Spanish tortilla with corn and potatoes can be served hot or cold.
