Spanish Potato Tortilla Omelet

INGREDIENTS:
300 g potatoes
140 g onion
5 eggs
1 tomato
1 cup green peas
3 tbsp olive oil
pepper
salt
COOKING:
1 Cut the peeled potatoes very thinly, season with salt.
2 Peel and chop the onion, chop the tomatoes.
3 Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the potatoes in it for no more than 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
