French cuisine dish. Open pie with chicken and mushrooms, with cream cheese filling. Shortcrust pastry pie.Products:
Chicken fillet – 500 g.
Fresh champignons – 400 g.
Onion – 1 pc.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Butter – 125 g.
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Water – 3 tbsp. l.
Salt – to taste.
Flour – 250 g.
Cheese – 200 g.
Cream 33% – 200 g.
Sunflower oil. Preparation: 1. Prepare the dough. To do this, chop the butter with a knife or on a grater. Add flour, egg, salt and water to butter. Mix everything thoroughly. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Fry chicken and, separately, onion with champignons in sunflower oil.
3. Cut the tomatoes.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, put it in a mold and form the sides, kneading the dough with your fingers.
5. Prepare the fill. To do this, beat the cream with eggs and add the grated cheese. Add salt and spices to taste.
6. Put the filling on the dough. Pour the prepared filling over the pie.
7. Put the cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes.
