French Chicken Rolls

Products :
Chicken fillet – 4 pcs.
Champignons – 100 g.
Cheese – 200 g.
Sunflower oil.
Milk.
Seasoning (maggi for the second – chicken in French).
Marinade for chicken:
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.
Juice of half a lemon (you can use vinegar).
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Salt.
Allspice.
Измельченный лавровый лист – 1 ч. l.
Куркума – 0,5 ч. l. Cooking :

1. We wash the fillet and beat it well. Mix with marinade and let it brew for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the champignons, cut into slices.
3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
4. Put champignons and cheese on the fillet. We wrap in the form of rolls and fasten well with toothpicks.
5. Fry until golden brown in sunflower oil on both sides.
6. Then we put it in a baking dish and pour the chicken rolls with diluted maggi with milk.
We put either in the oven for 40 minutes, or in the microwave.
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.
8. Ready-made chicken rolls with mushrooms should cool slightly, after which we take out the toothpicks from them and cut them across into rounds.
Garnish with rice or vegetables. We serve to the table with gravy, in which chicken rolls were cooked.
