Strawberry Semolina Pudding

Such a dish can be prepared for breakfast, the energy of fresh berries and nuts will charge you for labor achievements, and semolina will not allow excess weight to appear – this product is low in calories.
INGREDIENTS:
for the strawberry layer:
strawberries 1 cup
corn starch 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
for the mango layer:
milk 300 ml
semolina 40 g
almond flakes 20 g
sugar 2-3 tbsp.
butter 1 tsp
ground cardamom 1/4 tsp
COOKING:
1In a small bowl, combine fresh chopped strawberries and granulated sugar. If the berries are small, then they can not be cut. Cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes, strawberries should become soft. Dissolve the cornstarch separately in a small amount of cold water.
2Add to the sauce and boil for a few minutes, the mass should thicken. Cool the sauce a little and pour into bowls. Fry semolina with butter until golden brown and nutty.
3 Stir the cereal so that it warms up evenly. The frying process will take 6-7 minutes. Bring milk to a boil, add semolina and cook, stirring, there should be no lumps in the mixture.
4 Add granulated sugar, the mass should be thick. Cool and add some ground cardamom. Put the semolina layer on the strawberry. Toast the almond flakes in a dry frying pan. Sprinkle strawberry semolina pudding on top.
ADVICE
It is better to lay out the layers in transparent bowls or glasses, the dish will look more elegant and interesting. If the dessert is prepared for children, then adding cardamom to the semolina “filling” is not necessary.
