English Coconut Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
for the crust:
flour 130 g
sugar 40 g
butter 60 g
shavings of coconut 20 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp
for cream:
Philadelphia cheese 400 g
cream 33% 200 g
brown sugar 50 g
chocolate 50 g
gelatin 12 g
for decoration:
chocolate shavings
coconut shavings
Strawberry
kiwi
COOKING:
1Combine all ingredients for the crust. Make crumbly dough. Tamp it in a mold with a diameter of 21 centimeters. The cheesecake will be small. Cook the cake for fifteen minutes, observing the temperature of 170 degrees.
2 Pour gelatin with cold water, set aside to swell. Grate the white chocolate into the curd mass. Whip cream with sugar. Connect the masses. Heat gelatin, bring to room temperature, combine with creamy mass. Stir.
3Place the coconut cake in a split mold, pour the creamy mixture on top, smooth, send the English cheesecake with coconut flakes to the cold, preferably at night. Take the cheesecake out of the mold and decorate as desired.
