In order to lose weight and at the same time maintain your health (which is not unimportant!) To gain beauty and well-being, you need to follow seven simple rules:

1. Reduce the amount of servings eaten at a time.
2. Form your daily diet based on the formula:
100% of food eaten per day = 60% cereals* + 20% vegetables and fruits + 15% fats* + 5% sweets and starchy foods.
*cereals: wholemeal bread, bran, grain, pasta, cereals.
* fats: milk and dairy products, fish, seafood, meat.
3. Every day during the day, drink clean water in the amount of 30 ml per 1 kg of weight.
4. Drink and eat vegetables or fruits 15-20 minutes before the main course.
5. Eat slowly and chew food thoroughly until the taste disappears in the mouth.
6. Arrange fasting days one day a week: eat only fruits all day / drink natural juices / drink only water.
7. Do any physical activity for at least 20-30 minutes a day.
All the rules are very simple and require no more effort than other rules that you need to follow to be healthy: do not go outside in winter without clothes and do not cut yourself with sharp objects!

And to adhere to these rules, control your appetite, improve metabolism, normalize bowel function and lose excess infusion will help you kombucha. The infusion should be drunk daily for 3-6 glasses throughout the day for half an hour or an hour before meals. And here are some useful recipes based on the infusion of kombucha that will help bring the arrow of your scales closer to the cherished mark:

1 st. spoons of tricolor violets

1 st. a spoonful of common cumin

1 l. infusion of kombucha

Mix everything, pour a liter of boiling water and boil for 15 minutes.

Infuse for 15 minutes and strain.
