Its use reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Tea has a lot of vitamins, trace elements and amino acids and a minimum caffeine content.

White tea must be properly brewed. To prepare one serving, you need to take 3-5 grams of tea and 150 ml of water, the temperature of which reaches from 60 to 85 degrees. Boiling water can ruin the drink.
