Ayurvedic tea for weight loss

This simple Ayurvedic tea includes a combination of natural ingredients that have multiple functions. Tea ingredients improve digestion, break down fats and help to “unload” the channels in the body by removing toxins. Delicious and refreshing tea is very easy to make. Boil 4-5 cups of water in the morning. Add 1/2 teaspoon of whole cumin, coriander, fennel seeds to the water and cook the tea covered for about 5 minutes.

Strain the seeds and pour the liquid into a thermos. Drink fresh tea every morning. Drink in small sips throughout the day. It is best to drink tea warm or even hot.

If the tea is too concentrated or if you experience discomfort, reduce the amount of seeds to 1/4 teaspoon.

Some people add 1.5 cm of fresh ginger root to this tea.
