In addition to tea, you should drink plenty of water, so always carry a bottle of non-carbonated mineral water with you. Water, by the way, has saved me more than once during bouts of severe hunger. If, in addition to the diet, you use 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, then you will lose even more weight. But there is no need to torture your body: if during the exercise you feel bad, stop them and just walk in the fresh air for one hour.
