Acting Diet

To become the idol of millions of fans, actors must not only ideally master the art of acting, but also look great. There are opinions that the acting diet appeared back in the 70s, and with its help many stars of the national theater and cinema supported a beautiful figure. It is difficult to call this diet exemplary. It cannot be attributed to the category of therapeutic diets, since it allows the use of alcohol. It offers such a meager diet that sports are automatically excluded. The acting diet is more suitable for the category of fast diets, as it allows you to lose extra pounds in a few days. There are several options for an actor’s diet. And their essence comes down to “drying” or dehydration of the body by restricting fluid and salt in the diet. In any case, the actor’s diet is a chain of one-day mono-diets, when you need to consume one or two products. This diet option allows many to tune in to the restriction, and then move on to more proper nutrition for weight loss. Actor’s diet for 4 days This unloading diet is great for those who urgently need to lose weight by 2-3 kilograms. All products, unless otherwise indicated, can be eaten without restrictions. The first day of the acting diet is “cleansing”. On this day, it is allowed to eat only boiled rice without salt and drink tomato juice. But there are certain restrictions on the number of products. You can choose two options: either 1 glass of boiled rice and unlimited tomato juice (of course, the juice should be without sugar and salt), or 1 glass of juice and unlimited rice. To preserve more nutrients and vitamins, it is better to drink freshly squeezed tomato juice. And rice will be much healthier if it is not cooked a little. We will call the second day of the diet “dairy”, since you can eat only sour-milk products. On this day, you can stock up on fat-free cottage cheese and kefir (no more than 1.5 liters per day). The third day is “protein”, a joy for meat-eaters. You can eat dietary boiled meat. Suitable white meat chicken or turkey skinless, rabbit, veal. But do not forget that the meat is cooked and consumed without salt. On this day, you can drink green tea in unlimited quantities. And the last day – “wine”. On this day, you can drink 0.7 liters of dry wine: it is better to give preference for red house wine. You can replace the wine, either in whole or in part, with freshly squeezed orange juice. But drinking water is prohibited. There is only cheese on this day. You can also repeat on the 4th day of the diet the 2nd – kefir-curd day Acting diet for 14 days (12+ 2) The principle is the same, but more days, which means the result is better. The conditions remain the same: all food without salt, restriction of liquids on wine days, and only one product during the day. Actor’s diet for 14 days includes 3 blocks of 4 days each, and ends with 2 “wine” days. The first two days of each block are repeated: on the first day you can eat only boiled rice, on the second – only kefir (fat content up to 2.5%). 1 block. The first and second days are rice and kefir, respectively. The third day – “fish”. The fourth is “wine” with cheese or “grape”. It is better to eat black grapes, dry red wine, and cheese – no more than 200 g. 2 block. The first 2 days, as in the previous block. The third day is “protein”: we eat shrimp meat. On the fourth day, you can eat watermelon in unlimited quantities. 3 block. Again, the first two days – “rice” and “kefir”. On the third day, boiled beef is on the menu, and on the fourth – only apples (can be baked). The next 2 days of the diet are “wine” or “kefir-curd”. A note about the “wine” days – in the “correct” version of the actor’s diet, it is supposed to use either home-made wine or very high-quality purchased wine. If you drink wine containing preservatives and do not drink water, at best, the matter will end in a headache, at worst, poisoning. Therefore, if you are not sure about the quality of wine, reduce its amount, and get the rest with drinking water. An acting diet in any version will allow you to quickly lose weight, but if you don’t want to quickly gain all the kilograms back, to consolidate the effect, you need to adhere to the principles of proper nutrition for weight loss for the next few days, gradually increasing the calorie content of the diet and strictly limiting the amount of salt at first.
