7 Day Diet

Wash down lunch with a fresh cucumber-spinach smoothie. Dinner: crab stick salad (spice with yogurt instead of mayonnaise) with a slice of black bread. Snack on some dried fruits. Third day Breakfast: toast – canned mackerel in its own juice (standard jar of 200 g) with lemon juice and herbs – medium tomato. Lunch: chicken curry (no more than 200 g) and 2 tablespoons of boiled wheat groats – carrot salad with a small orange – tea without sugar. Dinner: vegetable salad of watercress, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 2 pieces of cheese, basil and herbs with a teaspoon of vegetable oil and soy sauce. Snack on raw carrots (2 times a day, 1 piece). Fourth day Breakfast: 2 toasts with pumpkin and 2 slices of Dutch low-fat cheese – radish and parsley salad, seasoned with vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar. Lunch: tuna with apples: spread 200 g of fresh or frozen fish with mustard, cover with apples and bake in a baking sleeve – a glass of boiled green beans. Dinner: chicken stew in cranberry sauce (200 g) tea without sugar. As a snack, use a glass of low-fat kefir. Fifth day Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal bread – boiled egg – half paprika. Lunch: pork with fruit (no more than 200 g) – half a glass of boiled barley – a salad of celery, broccoli and carrots seasoned with a small amount of natural yogurt, herbs and raisins. Dinner: baked apple (large grease the peeled apple with 2 tablespoons of natural honey, sprinkle with corn flakes and bake in the oven for 20 minutes) – tea. Snacks: Half an avocado. Sixth day Breakfast: a slice of rye bread – lean meat, for example, chicken fillet (100 g) – a medium apple – a glass of tomato juice. Lunch: vegetable stew with meat (150 g) – 2 grated carrots with honey. Dinner: chicken breast and vegetable salad (3 leaves of iceberg lettuce, pickled cucumber, fresh bell pepper, 100 g of chopped boiled chicken breast, lemon juice, a teaspoon of corn oil, herbs and spices to taste) – cocoa. Snacks: 1 medium banana. Seventh day Breakfast: half a wholemeal bun with sesame seeds – 2-3 pieces of cheese or any similar cheese – fresh cabbage and cucumber salad (with linseed oil and soy sauce) – a glass of carrot-apple juice. Lunch: any meat baked with an apple or pears (200 g) – boiled couscous (2-3 tablespoons) – a salad of sprouted wheat, butter and cherry tomato. Dinner: 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread, spread with a mixture of mustard, grated croutons and stewed tomatoes – 2 slices of low-fat boiled pork. Snacks: half a glass of cottage cheese with a little honey. Who can follow such a diet? As you noticed, the diet of the seven-day diet is very rich and interesting, so this technique will not harm even older people, young girls, women after childbirth, people with weakened immune systems.
