Horse meat diet

The main product of this diet is horse meat – horse meat. It has excellent dietary properties, contains a low percentage of fat and a high percentage of protein.

Horse Meat Diet Menu
Day 1
Breakfast: a bowl of rice without spices, 200 grams of boiled horse meat, tea or coffee.
Lunch: horse meat goulash (300 grams), vegetable salad, juice.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled horse meat, vegetable salad, herbal tea.
Before going to bed: a glass of kefir.

Day 2
Breakfast: a plate of oatmeal, an apple, a piece of boiled horse meat (100 grams).
Lunch: any fruit, 200 grams of horse meat in any form, herbal tea.
Dinner: 200 grams of horse meat in any form, a piece of wholemeal bread, herbal tea.
Before going to bed: 200 grams of cottage cheese.

During the diet, try to take vitamin and mineral complexes and drink plenty of water to improve metabolism. The first and second days alternate in turn. The recommended duration of the diet is 2 weeks. More than 2 weeks to keep a diet is not recommended. The planned weight loss during this time is 2-4 kg of fat without loss of muscle mass and harm to health.
