Choose clothes for sports activities carefully: pay attention to focus on safety and convenience. For cycling workouts, tight-fitting cropped trousers (breeches) are suitable. Do not forget about accessories: special glasses are necessary to protect against wind and insects and will protect the lenses (if you wear them) from drying out. Special cycling gloves will allow you to conveniently fix the steering wheel without slipping, protect your hands from rubbing and in case of a possible fall.
