And yet, despite the impressive list of anti-cellulite salon procedures, we can safely say that it is almost impossible to solve the problem of cellulite without sports, without exercise. Even using some other method and being initially satisfied with the effect, women notice that the signs of cellulite soon reappear. Let’s see why this happens and how anti-cellulite exercises can help us solve this problem.
Did you know that cellulite is a predominantly female problem? It is directly related to the body’s accumulation of fat cells … for motherhood. Surprised? These fat cells are the necessary nutrition and protection for the baby: in case of unforeseen situations, lack of food, warmth, they will allow him to survive. This is how nature took care of the child. Accordingly, these cells are deposited in women precisely in the pelvic region, they are deposited constantly throughout the childbearing age, while the woman remains a woman. We warm up the muscles
What is a warm-up? These are simple movements that will prepare our muscles for basic exercises. Effective warming up will allow, firstly, to conduct a workout with maximum benefit, and, secondly, will save us from the possible consequences of physical injuries. Simple exercises:
1. Tilts of the body forward and to the sides.
2. Rotation of the pelvis.
3. Squats.
4. Lunges forward alternately with the left and right foot.
5. Walking in place with high knees.
6. Jumping on toes.
Each person has his own norm of performing exercises – they need to be done so much that the muscles begin to “burn” slightly, that is, they are included in the work, and the movements themselves should not cause any discomfort, cause pain symptoms, feelings of tension, stiffness, trembling – this is important when working with cellulite. Depending on the degree of preparedness, each exercise should be repeated from 20 to 50 times, after which rub the anti-cellulite cream into the problem areas.
Magic exercises against cellulite
Let’s move on to our magic exercises. And the first exercise against cellulite is a skipping rope. Yes, yes, a skipping rope that cellulite hates. Not a single simulator can be compared in efficiency with this fun loved by all the girls. What, nowhere to do? So, cellulite has not yet got you, if this is a problem for you. I study at home in the hallway, and everything is wonderful. Just choose the right length of the rope and lay a non-slip rug on the floor: after all, people live below too.
This exercise is very effective on cellulite on thighs and buttocks. The only caveat is that you need to jump for a long time, at least 15 minutes. Tired – rest, walk around the room, you can even lean against the wall, but in no case sit down. And rested – again for the rope. Starting at 15 minutes, build up your “anti-cellulite jumping” sessions to 45 minutes per session until you’ve got the lean hips and toned buttocks you’re aiming for, then gradually decrease your sets to 15 minutes. As a result, you can lose weight with a jump rope and eliminate cellulite.
The second exercise that cellulite is afraid of is the hula hoop, or the usual gymnastic hoop. Regularly twisting the hoop means not only eliminating cellulite and blood stasis in the pelvic region (a consequence of sedentary work), but also gaining a narrow waist, solving problems with digestion, and improving the flexibility of the spine. Not bad? There is a place for exercises with a hoop in any apartment. The principle of influencing cellulite with a hoop is the same as with a jump rope: you need to twist it not for the amount, as we like, but for a while. The hoop fell – pick it up and twist on, and so on for 15 minutes. Attention! You can’t twist the hoop for more than 15 minutes, especially in the evening, an excessive rush of blood to the pelvis and stomach is undesirable. 15 minutes twisted – the exercise was finished. Little time wasted, but the benefits are huge.
What else is worth saying? Only the fact that after a month of daily exercises you will be amazed at your excellent health and the deplorable state of your cellulite, which, albeit slowly but surely, will come to naught. Remember – even a small result at first should serve as a reliable incentive for you to continue exercising.
