How to get rid of sagging skin on the hands

As we age, the body replaces muscle tissue with fat. Women who are not prone to obesity rarely form fat cells in the upper body. Nature has laid down that the main reserves of lipids are deposited in the abdomen and thighs.

To control the position of the hands, do the exercise in front of a mirror.

Sit on the edge of the gymnastic bench. Stretch your legs straight out in front of you. Place your hands on the edge of the bench, turning your hands forward. Slightly move the pelvis forward so that it hangs in the air, and the arms are straight. Gently lower your pelvis towards the floor by bending your arms. When the angle at the elbows becomes straight, linger for two counts and slowly return back. When doing this exercise, make sure that your feet do not slip on the floor. If you want to increase the load, put your feet not on the floor, but on some kind of elevation: a step platform, a chair or a bench.

Take a position as for an emphasis lying on the floor. Place your palms close together so that your thumbs touch. Stretch and tense your whole body. It should represent a straight line from the back of the head to the heels. Slowly lower your body as low as possible, trying to touch the floor with your chest. Hold for a moment at the bottom and return to the starting position. This exercise, in addition to triceps, makes the pectoral muscles work actively.

Exercises are listed in ascending order of difficulty. Choose the exercise that you like best. Triceps is perfectly worked out by any of them. Each Perform the exercise in three sets of 12-15 repetitions.

To increase muscle mass, you will need to increase the amount of protein food. Give up the diet, otherwise your body will have nothing to grow muscle fibers from.
