Repeat the exercise by raising your right leg. Watch your shoulders without lifting or bending them. The exercise is recommended to be repeated 10-12 times, 4-5 sets each.

Cross-country skiing is an excellent exercise to eliminate fat on the inside of the thigh. 15-20 minutes of quiet walking a day in the fresh air is enough to achieve a visible result.
