Lat Pulldown Technique
Keep your body straight and keep your back straight.
Sit with your chest resting on a stubborn pillow.
Grab the handle with your palms facing inward.
Pull the frame to your chest.
The shoulders are laid back, the chest is exposed forward.
Lower the frame by extending your arms almost completely so that you feel a slight stretch in your back.
