Butterfly Neck Exercise

The neck, as you know, ages faster than the face, so it can shamelessly betray your age. This part of the body is mobile and flexible, which means that it gives the figure a special expressiveness and grace.

I want to offer you one exercise called “Butterfly”
The exercise strengthens and lengthens the neck, tightens the chin, improves the oval of the face from below, stretches the pectoral muscles and improves posture in the upper body remarkably.

1. Stand up straight. Take a deep breath and exhale. Raise your arms through the sides up, put your fingers and palms together, and lower to chest level.

2. Cross your fingers and rest your chin on them. The chin should form a right angle with the neck. Press your chin lightly on your hands. Your elbows should be out to the sides.
Hold this position for a few seconds, feel the pressure of your head on your hands. Try to slightly push your chin up, the head resists the movement. The right angle must be maintained. Feel the stretch in your neck muscles.

3. Begin to raise your elbows through the sides up. Feel the pectoral muscles stretch from the sides. Pull your elbows higher and higher, the head resists the movement a little. The right angle remains. The elbows are spread apart. Hold on for a few seconds.

4. Lower your elbows down, and with closed fingers, begin to lift your chin up so that your head leans back. Head slightly resists movement. Feel the stretch in the back of your neck.
