Oatmeal with apples

Those who do not like oatmeal simply do not know how to cook oatmeal with apples, raisins and spices in the oven! The dish turns out amazing, believe me – tested by me and my family;)

Preparation description:
This oatmeal has nothing to do with the pale gray porridge of an incomprehensible consistency, which many remember from kindergarten. It turns out so tasty, fragrant and beautiful that even the inveterate “oatmeal-haters” like it! ;)
By slightly modifying a simple recipe for oatmeal with apples, you can cook not only a great breakfast, but also an original dessert – to do this, try baking the fruit-oat mixture not in the form, but in the apples themselves, choosing their core. Put a spoonful of honey or a piece of chocolate on top – it will turn out just delicious! It’s not a shame to put such a dessert in front of the guests! :)
Ingredients:
Oatmeal – 300 Grams
Apple – 1-2 Pieces
Raisins – 0.5 cups
Sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons (preferably brown, cane)
Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoons
Nutmeg – 1 pinch
Vanillin – 1 pinch
Butter – 1 tbsp. a spoon
Milk – 2 cups

Servings: 3-5
How to cook Apple Oatmeal
1 Oatmeal with apples – photo step 1 Wash the apple, dry it, remove the core and finely chop the pulp. You can not remove the peel – with it the oatmeal will turn out more beautiful!
2 Pour raisins with hot water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with running water and squeeze.
3 Mix oatmeal with apples, raisins, salt, sugar and spices.
4 Melt butter.
5 Pour into the fruit-oatmeal mixture and mix again.
6 Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
7 Pour warm milk over and put in the oven, preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes.
8 As soon as the milk is completely absorbed – the oatmeal is ready! Isn’t she good?;) Bon appetit!
