Traditional pumpkin porridge

I tell you how to cook traditional pumpkin porridge, without unnecessary ingredients, in the most classic way. Only the most basic ingredients – and nothing more. Porridge turns out – the highest class!

Preparation description:
Pumpkin porridge is a healthy breakfast, which I recommend to everyone, at least when there is fresh pumpkin on the shelves. Pumpkin pulp contains vitamins and microelements, removes toxins from the body, prevents premature aging, and has a beneficial effect on the digestive and circulatory systems. So its inclusion in the diet is strongly welcomed by nutritionists and me!
Ingredients:
pumpkin – 350-400 grams
milk – 3 cups
butter – 30-40 grams
sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons
rice – 1 glass

How to cook Traditional Pumpkin Porridge
1 First, prepare all the necessary ingredients.
2 The pumpkin must be cut, remove the seeds from it, remove the inner filamentous shell. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
3 Rinse the rice thoroughly (to clean water).
4 Put the pumpkin cubes in a saucepan, pour milk. The milk should completely cover the pumpkin.
5 In the same saucepan, add the washed rice.
6 We put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 30-40 minutes. During the cooking process, do not forget to stir the porridge from time to time.
7 At the very end of cooking, add sugar and salt to taste to the porridge. We mix. Then add a little butter to the porridge and thoroughly knead the contents of the pan with a fork or something else so that the porridge acquires its characteristic consistency.
