The amount of ingredients in the recipe is for 2 servings.
For cooking we use the following products:

– 500 ml of homemade or any other yogurt;
– 1 banana;
– strawberries 50g;
– 1 pear of medium size;
– 1 pack of corn flakes;
– 1 spoon of strawberry jam.

Cooking
1. Wash the strawberries and peel the sepals, cut lengthwise into thin even plastics.
2. To prepare a fruit dessert with yogurt and corn flakes, it is better to take a deep transparent bowl without a pattern. We decorate it in a circle with chopped strawberries (see photo). If your bowl is round, then distribute the strawberries evenly, at regular intervals.
3. Put 2 tablespoons of corn flakes on the bottom.
4. Bananas must be peeled and cut into slices. Lay the slices on top of the cereal.
5. Pour yogurt on top.
6. Cut the pear into small pieces, lay out the next layer.
7. Cover with yogurt, sprinkle with flakes on top.
8. Pour yogurt again.
9. Sliced ​​bananas usually darken and look ugly, so we dip them in strawberry jam and put the circles on top.
10. Sprinkle corn flakes on top again. And we decorate a fruit dessert with yogurt and corn flakes with a sprig of mint or rosehip.
Dessert is best cooked immediately before serving, otherwise the flakes will soften and become viscous.

You can also make homemade yogurt in a slow cooker. For this you will need: 500 ml of milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 pack of baby yogurt.

Mix all products thoroughly, whisking with a mixer. Pour into plastic glasses and place on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Select the “yogurt” mode. Set the cooking time to 9 hours. After 7 hours, open slightly and check if the mass has thickened, then turn off the multicooker, if not, close the lid for another 30 minutes-1 hour. Put the yogurt in the refrigerator, when the yogurt has cooled it can be used.
