➖ Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.

Recipe for spicy cheese sandwiches:

For the preparation of delicious snack sandwiches, which will not be ashamed to be served at the festive table, it is better to use fresh Baguette Loaf, but in the absence of such, any other or just white bread will do. Cut the bar into equal pieces with a well-sharpened bread knife. This will help to form a neat and even cut. By the way, the purchased “Cut” loaf can also be used to prepare this dish.

Pass the garlic and cheese product through a fine grater. You can also chop the cheese with a fork – it does not matter. Attach finely chopped dill, but only use fresh, not dry or frozen for future use. With dry dill, the appetizer will never turn out tender, and frozen greens will release water. Fill the filling ingredients with mayonnaise and thoroughly transform everything into a homogeneous mass. In fact, it can be used as a salad, which, for example, looks great on the table if sprinkled with boiled yolk on top, and flowers are made from protein.

But since we decided to make sandwiches after all, we will continue our culinary experiment – we will cover the entire sliced ​​​​loaf with the cheese mass and remove the appetizer under the film in a cool place. Serve to the table, and a small savings on bread will be provided. Joke, of course.

Recipe Tip and Note:
As a filling, you can use any other cheese, only soft varieties, so that it is convenient to distribute the mixture over the bread, and if you add grated yolk, then the sandwiches will turn out even more satisfying and tender. I advise you not to exclude greens, because it gives a special aroma and taste.
