Hungarian Chocolate Filled Cheesecakes

For the recipe you will need:
flour – 1.5 cups
sugar – 1/2 cup
butter (softened) – 120g
baking powder – 1 sachet
cottage cheese (9%) – 450g
sugar – 1 cup
vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
egg – 3 pcs.
condensed milk – 200g
sour cream – 4 tablespoons
bitter chocolate – 50g
milk – 2-3 tbsp.
To prepare the Hungarian cheesecake with chocolate filling, you need:

Thoroughly grind flour, butter, sugar and baking powder into crumbs. For the cream, mix cottage cheese, regular and vanilla sugar, eggs and beat well. Grease a detachable form with oil and put a small layer of crumbs into it. Pour a layer of cream on top. Again a layer of crumbs and a layer of cream. The last top layer should be crumbs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 50 minutes.

While the cheesecake is baking, mix sour cream with condensed milk. Remove the finished cheesecake from the oven and immediately pour half of the mixture. Allow to cool to a warm state, remove from the mold, pour the remaining mixture. Melt chocolate in milk on a steam bath and pour it into a culinary bag. With a nozzle with the thinnest nose, pour a chocolate stream in a spiral, and draw a cobweb with a stick.
