Pancake Pie

I want to share a recipe for a delicious pancake pie with meat filling. I stumbled upon this recipe by accident, my beloved daughter just loves pancakes and with all kinds of fillings, because just with sour cream is no longer interesting.
It seemed to me that I had tried all the variations of the fillings that are used with pancakes, and my personal imagination somehow ran out, but what happiness I experienced when I stumbled upon this recipe, because the child asked for something new with his beloved pancakes. On the same day, I made a wonderful “Pancake Pie” for my daughter, the pie was rated at five points, I hope you will like it too.
Ingredients:
For the test:
flour 200 g
milk 1 glass
dry yeast 0.5 tsp
egg 1 pc.
cream 2 tablespoons
sugar 1 teaspoon
salt 2 tsp
For filling:
mushrooms 200 g
boiled rice 150 g
boiled chicken 150 g
onion 1 pc.
butter 1 tsp
salt
chicken broth 0.5 liters
Batter:
flour 2 tablespoons
egg 2 pcs.
Cooking:
For a dough of half the flour, milk, yeast and pounded egg yolks, prepare a dough, let it rise.

Whisk the egg whites and cream, add to the batter, stir and let rise again.
Bake pancakes and brush with melted butter.
Grease a deep form with oil, lay out pancakes with a side, then mushroom filling, then again a layer of pancakes-rice filling, a layer of pancakes-chicken filling. The last layer should be pancakes.
For batter: beat eggs with flour.
Lubricate the top of the pie with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Preparation of three types of filling:
Mushroom filling (fry mushrooms with onions).
Rice filling (boil rice).
Boiled chicken (cut into strips).
Fill each filling with a small amount of broth.
