Pizza recipes!

1. Pizza with chicken and mushrooms

Dough:
0.5 tsp dry yeast
200 ml. warm water
a pinch of sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1.5-2 cups flour

Filling:
80 gr. mushrooms
160 gr. minced chicken fillet
150 gr. cheese
2 tomatoes
3-4 st. tablespoons Italian tomato sauce (I use Calve)
seasoning for pizza
1-2 tsp olive oil

Sift a glass of flour into a bowl, add yeast, mix, pour water in a thin stream, stirring, add butter, salt and sugar, add the rest of the sifted flour, knead elastic dough, transfer to a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place to rise for 45-50 minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms, grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes into semicircles.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees, cover a baking sheet with parchment, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Transfer the dough to a table greased with vegetable oil, knead, form a thin cake with your hands or a rolling pin, transfer to a baking sheet.

2. Pizza on kefir dough

Calories per 100g – 192kcal

Ingredients:

for dough:
●500g kefir 3.2%
●470g of flour (there was 450 in the recipe, but I got this much, it depends on the flour)
●0.5 tsp. soda

filling:
●fresh champignons 200g
●bell pepper 1 piece
●1 large onion
●2 small sausages
●cheese 100g

sauce:
●3st.l. ketchup
●2 tbsp. light mayonnaise
●1st.l. mild mustard

Cooking:

1. Mix kefir, soda, salt, add flour, mix well. The dough will be sticky but not runny.
2. Leave the dough for 30 minutes (cover the bowl with the dough bag)
3. While the dough is standing, cut the champignons into slices, and simmer until fully cooked in a frying pan without oil. Salt a little. Cut the pepper, onion, sausages into cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater
4. Lubricate the baking sheet with 2 parts. vegetable oil, put the dough in the center. Put a plate of water next to it, and constantly wetting your hands (so that the dough does not stick), stretch the dough over the entire baking sheet.
5. Mix everything for the sauce, spread on the dough.
6. Put onions, followed by peppers, then mushrooms, sausages.
7. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes

3. Stromboli, or Pizza roll

Ingredients:

1/2 pizza dough (250 g)
1 cup tomato sauce
1.5 cups mozzarella, grated
9 pieces of salami
7 slices ham, thinly sliced
1 egg, for greasing
dry parsley

Cooking:

1. Heat the oven to 240°C. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or lay out a baking mat.

2. Roll out the dough into a layer of 25×40 cm and put it on a baking sheet.

3. Grease the dough with 2/3 of the tomato sauce, leaving 6-7 cm free on the long sides.

Pizza dough:

By the way: according to the recipe, 500 g of dough is obtained, it is enough for two pizzas of 30 cm in diameter.

Ingredients:

How to cook:

1. In a bowl, dissolve honey or sugar with yeast in warm water and leave for 10-15 minutes or until bubbles appear. Then put salt, vegetable oil and half the flour. Stir.
2. When the flour is well connected with the liquid, continuing to stir, add the remaining flour a little bit, until the mass stops sticking to your hands.
3. Then turn on the food processor at high speed and leave the dough to mix for 6 minutes. No more, no less. You will get an elastic and easy-to-work dough. If you are not using a food processor, knead the dough until elastic.
4. Lightly grease the dough and bowl with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours. During this time, the dough will increase greatly in volume.

Then you can do with this test whatever you want.

4. Potato pizza on frying pan

for 3-4 servings:

700 g peeled potatoes,
2 eggs,
2 tbsp. spoons of flour
3-4 garlic cloves, salt, pepper,
3 art. spoons of sour cream
1 teaspoon with a slide of Dijon mustard,
200-250 g smoked hunting sausages,
2 medium onions,
1 sweet bell pepper,
150 g cherry tomatoes,
170 г твердого cheese,
a few green onions
vegetable oil for frying.

Cut the onion into half rings and lightly fry. Add chopped bell pepper and fry for a few more minutes. Add chopped sausages, mix and turn off.

Three potatoes on a coarse grater (we used a food processor), add garlic, passed through a press, eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Mix well. 5. Simple pizza

Ingredients:
flour for pizza
water
ketchup
basil
300 gr sausages
2 bell peppers: red and green
200 gr cheese

Cooking method:
Make a dough of flour and water, let stand for 1 hour.
