Country Style Pizza

Required products:
Pizza dough: wheat flour – 300 g, potatoes – 300 g,
butter (or margarine) – 50 g, cheese (grated) – 2 tbsp. spoons,
egg – 1 pc., yeast – 20 g, milk (warm) – 110 g, ground black pepper, salt.

Pizza filling: processed cheese – 300 g, hard cheese – 50 g, sausage – 50 g,
ham – 50 g, eggs – 2 pcs., milk – 200 g, ground black pepper, salt – to taste.

Recipe preparation method:
Pass boiled potatoes through a meat grinder, put on a board and mix thoroughly with flour. Make a well in the center, pour in the egg, fluffy butter or margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, pepper and add yeast diluted with warm milk. Knead a soft dough, cover it with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. After that, roll out the dough on a table or board into a layer, put it in a frying pan with a diameter of 24-26 cm and a wall height of 5 cm, greased with butter, so as to cover the bottom and walls of the pan. In a bowl, put finely chopped sausage, ham, processed cheese, cheese, add beaten eggs, milk, grated cheese, pepper, salt and mix everything thoroughly. Put the resulting filling evenly on the dough, close it around the edges and bake in a hot oven for 40-45 minutes.
