Pasta Casserole with Spinach, Turkey Liver and Cheese

For the recipe you will need:
pasta (farfalle) – 250g
turkey liver – 700g
spinach – 400g
onion (large) – 1 pc.
cream cheese (with the taste of garlic and dill) – 400g
egg – 2 pcs.
cilantro (fresh herbs) – to taste
dill and green onion – to taste
cheese – 100g
salt, pepper – to taste
nutmeg – to taste
cognac – to taste
olive oil – 3 tbsp.
To make Pasta Casserole with Spinach, Turkey Liver and Cheese:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.

While the pasta is cooking cut the liver into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Coarsely chop the spinach. Chop fresh herbs. Grate cheese.

Put the liver in a preheated pan with half the olive oil and quickly fry until browned on all sides. Then salt the liver, pepper, sprinkle with cognac and cook, stirring, for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool the liver.

Sauté the onion in the remaining olive oil until golden brown. Add chopped spinach to the onion, mix and cook covered for 1-2 minutes. Then season the vegetables with salt, nutmeg, mix well and remove from heat.

Lightly beat eggs, add chopped herbs and cream cheese. Season the mass with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Combine pasta, liver, spinach, cheese and creamy egg mixture. Mix well and spread evenly into a rectangular pan. Send the pasta with spinach and liver to a preheated oven and bake at 180C until golden brown.
