Salad with salmon and tomatoes

Delicious salad with salmon, cheese and tomatoes. Such a salad is good with boiled salmon, and with lightly salted salmon. Tasty, simple, satisfying.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
lettuce leaf or Beijing cabbage – 150 gr. ;
slightly salted salmon – 120 gr.;
white bread without crusts – 60 gr.;
cherry tomatoes – 100 gr.;
cheese – 30 gr.;
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
for refueling:
orange juice – 2 tbsp. spoons.;
vegetable oil – 6 tbsp. spoons.;
sour cream or heavy cream – 1 tbsp. a spoon;

If you use Chinese cabbage, then I personally like this salad more with boiled salmon. The variant with a lettuce leaf and lightly salted salmon is similar to the Caesar salad with salmon.

Cooking:
We make crackers. Cut the bread into small cubes. Pour 1 tbsp into the heated pan. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
