Fish Salad.

Fish – 1/2 kg,
carrots – 3-4 pcs.,
onions – 3-4 pcs.,
mayonnaise – 1 can,
sunflower oil – 100g.

Boil the fish, separate from the bones and skin. Finely chop the fish, onion and carrot. Separately, fry onions and carrots in sunflower oil. Lay in a salad bowl in layers in the following sequence: fish, mayonnaise, carrots, mayonnaise, onions, mayonnaise, again a layer of fish, mayonnaise, etc. Lay fish, carrots and onions cooled. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
