A selection of 10 salads with tomatoes.

1. Crazy salad.

Ingredients for 2 serving salads:

●Crab sticks-200 gr.
● Boiled egg-2 pcs.
●Fresh cucumber small-2 pcs.
●Medium tomatoes-2 pcs.
● Cheese-60 gr.
●Mayonnaise-3 tablespoons

Cooking:

Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into small cubes. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
Chop the eggs, cut the crab sticks into cubes, add mayonnaise, mix.
Lay out in layers:
1 crab sticks with egg
2 cucumbers
3 crab sticks with egg
4-tomatoes
5-cheese
Decorate as desired.

2. Salad “Red Sea”.

Ingredients:
– 250 g crab sticks
– 2-3 tomatoes
– 1 red bell pepper (I did without it)
– 150 g hard cheese
– 2 garlic cloves
– mayonnaise

Cooking:
1. Crab sticks cut into strips.
2. Cut the tomatoes into slices, remove the seeds and all the liquid, cut into strips.
3. Peel the pepper and also cut into strips.
4. Grate cheese.
5. Garlic through the press.
6. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
Well, very tasty!

3. Spring salad.

Ingredients for 6-8 servings:

– Tomato 2-3 pcs.
– Chicken breast 500gr.
– Hard cheese 150 gr.
– Red beans – one can.
– Green salad.
– Crackers.
– For dressing, you can take light mayonnaise or sour cream.

Cooking:

1. Tomato, finely chop the lettuce. Three cheese on a grater.

2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until all the liquid boils away, you can lightly fry.

3. Mix all chopped and prepared ingredients, season with mayonnaise (sour cream). Serve salad sprinkled with croutons on top.

4. Salad with crab sticks and beans.

Ingredients:

Canned beans – 450 grams
Tomatoes – 250 Grams
Crab sticks – 250 grams
Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece
Cheese – 100 Grams
Garlic – 1 clove
Mayonnaise – 0 to taste
Salt – 0 to taste

Cooking:

Cut the crab sticks into cubes. Put in a salad bowl.
Remove seeds from bell pepper. Cut and add to crab sticks.
Drain the water from the canned beans. Then put the beans in a salad bowl.
Grate the cheese. Pour into a salad bowl.
Last in the salad with crab sticks and beans are tomatoes. Cut them finely.
Squeeze the garlic into the salad, add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Stir. Salad with crab sticks and beans is ready!

5. Light salad with chicken.

Ingredients:
Tomato – 1 pc.
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Chicken breast – 200 gr
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Lettuce leaves – to taste
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt, pepper – to taste
Olive oil

Cooking:
Let’s prepare the necessary ingredients.
Cut the breast into small pieces, salt, squeeze the garlic and marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
Fry the chicken in a pan over the highest heat on both sides until a crust appears.
Lettuce leaves are washed and dried. You can pick them up a little with your hands.
Cucumber cut into half rings and put to lettuce.
Roughly chop the tomatoes and add to the salad bowl.
Salt, pepper to taste, add olive oil, mix and put chicken pieces on top and serve.

6. Salad with ham and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Ham – 300 g
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 150 g
Baton – 3 slices
Garlic – 2 cloves
Vegetable oil – for frying
Mayonnaise – to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut slices of loaf into cubes.
2. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry the loaf until golden brown. Place on kitchen paper towels to remove excess oil.
3. Grate hard cheese.
4. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Then also cut the ham.
5. Combine tomatoes, ham, cheese and croutons in a bowl, squeeze out the garlic. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
6. Decorate the salad with parsley and tomato rose.
7. Salad with ham and tomatoes is ready.

7. Salad “Parisel”

Ingredients:

1 cucumber (remove the skin)
1 tomato
1 sweet pepper
2-3 tablespoons canned corn
smoked leg (remove the skin and remove the bones)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt, pepper to taste
dill.

Cooking:

Chop the cucumbers into thin strips, add to the salad bowl.
Cut the smoked chicken fillet into fibers, add to the cucumbers.
Chop the remaining vegetables into small pieces, add corn.
Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise, mix.
Delicious fresh salad!

8. Salad with ham and green beans.

Ingredients:
Green beans (frozen) – 400 g
Ham – 250 g
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Onion – 1/4 pc.
Cheese – 100 g
Sour cream or mayonnaise – 4 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Cooking method:

Put beans into boiling water.

After boiling, cook it for another 5 minutes. Throw it in a colander and let it cool.

Put the cooled beans in a salad bowl. We cut tomatoes into cubes.

We cut the ham into strips. Finely chop the onion.

Three cheese on a coarse grater. Dress the salad with sour cream and salt. We mix. We try.

9. Salad with chicken and corn.

You will need:

2 chicken fillets
1 can of canned corn
1 can canned red beans
medium green pepper
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
parsley
seasoning for chicken

Sauce:
1/3 st. vegetable oil
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp liquid honey
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp thyme

How to cook:

1. Rinse and dry the fillet, cut into cubes, sprinkle with seasoning. Put in the refrigerator for 60 minutes, then fry. (I stewed in the juice that stood out during frying)

2. Strain the corn and red beans. Peel green peppers, rinse and cut into large cubes. Tomatoes cut into large cubes and lightly squeeze the juice. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

3. Cut the parsley. Peel and crush the garlic. Add chicken

4. For the sauce, mix vinegar, oil, mustard, liquid honey, crushed garlic and thyme and leave for 30 minutes. Put the chicken, corn, red beans, green peppers, tomatoes, parsley, onions in a bowl and pour over the sauce. (I didn’t add mustard – children don’t like it, I didn’t dare to add honey either, I added everything else, it still turned out very tasty!)

10. Салат “Цезарь” с chicken.

Ingredients:
250-300 gr. chicken fillet
10-12 pcs. cherry tomatoes
bunch of lettuce (ideally Romaine)
vegetable oil for frying
salt

For garlic croutons:
4-5 slices of toast or white loaf
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves

For sauce:
2 yolks
juice of half a lemon
100 gr. olive oil
dry herbs
2 tsp зернистой mustard
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Cooking:
1. Let’s start with garlic croutons. 2. There are two ways to prepare them: fry in oil in a pan or bake in the oven. In addition, we must give them a light garlic flavor. For this you need:

5. But the preparation of salad dressing will have to be given a little more attention, but the result is worth it!
6. Sauce for Caesar salad can be prepared both on the basis of raw egg yolks, and boiled until half cooked (soft-boiled). 7. Let’s stop at the second, safer option:
boil eggs for 4-5 minutes. from the moment of boiling

Whisking constantly, gradually pour in the olive oil and lemon juice.

stir in grated parmesan
season with mustard and dried herbs.
8. And finally, the final stage – salad assembly:
randomly tear lettuce leaves with your hands and distribute them along the bottom of a wide shallow salad bowl
Sprinkle evenly with half of the prepared sauce.

cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to salad
pour over the remaining sauce.
Serve Caesar salad freshly prepared, preferably while the meat and croutons have not had time to cool.
