Okroshka with kilka in tomato sauce

In order to cook okroshka with sprats in tomato sauce, we need to boil and cut a bunch of vegetables. However, first things first. So, the recipe for okroshka with sprats:
1. Boil hard-boiled eggs, unpeeled carrots and potatoes. Let everything cool down. Then it will be necessary to cut everything into small cubes. Eggs can be grated on a coarse grater.
2. Mash the canned sprat in a tomato with a fork.
3. Rinse the onion, parsley and dill, dry with a paper towel and chop finely.
4. Vegetables – cucumber, radish – rinse. Grate on a coarse grater
5. Mix everything in a large bowl or saucepan. Don’t forget to add green peas. I use canned.
6. Salt the resulting filling for okroshka to taste, season with mayonnaise and mix.
7. Fill the filling with kvass and mix again.
Okroshka is desirable to cool. Serve with black bread.
