Okroshka with broth

Do you want to cook “serious” okroshka? Then cook okroshka on the broth. Okroshka for broth is not as refreshing as usual, but it is much more satisfying. We will cook okroshka in chicken broth.

Preparation description:
Anyone who knows how (and who doesn’t know how) to cook ordinary okroshka can make okroshka on the broth. It’s just that here we’ll use (and boil) chicken broth. So let’s get started. How to cook okroshka in broth:
1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel. Put to boil in a medium saucepan, salt. Peel, wash and cut potatoes into small cubes. Send to cook to the chicken in the broth. Boil chicken and potatoes until done. When the broth is ready, choose the fillet. Let the potato broth cool down. Finely chop the chicken.
2. Boil the eggs, cool. Peel, choose the yolk, finely chop the protein.
3. Rinse and peel the cucumber (I only do this with store-bought ones), cut into small cubes.
4. Cut the sausage into the same cubes as the cucumber.
5. Greens – dill, green onions – rinse. dry and chop with a knife.
6. Remember egg yolks with a fork or grate on a fine grater.
7. Add chicken meat, cucumbers, sausage, greens, proteins to the cooled broth with potatoes. Mix everything, season with sour cream and add citric acid (to taste). Stir.
8. Salt, pepper, put in the egg yolks and mix everything well again.
9. I advise you to put the finished okroshka for an hour or two in the refrigerator, and then serve it on the table.
Our okroshka on the broth is ready.

Sausage – 200 Grams
Cucumber – 1 piece
Potatoes – 6 Pieces
Sour cream – 500 grams
Greens – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste
