Japanese beef jerky omelette

An ordinary omelette is unusually prepared. The classic version contains sake, vinegar, soy sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
dried beef 100 g
eggs 4 pcs.
tomato 1 pc.
mayonnaise 4 tbsp
vegetable oil
greens
COOKING:
1 Beat eggs with a whisk, add mayonnaise, beat again. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour a little omelette mass, bake a thin pancake.
2 Bake on one side only for 20 to 30 seconds. Roll the pancake with a wooden or silicone spatula, move the roll to the edge of the pan. Pour in the next portion of the omelette, it should leak under the roll, fry again and roll up.
3 Repeat the operation several times until the egg mixture is finished. Transfer the Japanese omelette with beef jerky to a serving dish and cut into slices. На гарнир подать нарезанные помидоры, ломтики вяленой говядины, greens петрушки.
ADVICE
