Cod cutlets in Nikitovsky batter

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg cod
300 g onion
80 g butter
4 eggs
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp white crackers
spices
pepper
salt
COOKING:
1 Hard-boil the eggs, let cool, then peel and chop finely.
2 Remove the skin from the cod fillet, cut into thin slices, beat off a little.

4 Divide the resulting onion-egg mince into pieces of fish, wrap the fillet so that the cod cutlet in batter in Nikitovsky style turns out to be oblong, sprinkle with flour on all sides, dip in a beaten egg, at the end roll in breadcrumbs and put in the cold for 30 minutes.
Fry cutlets in a frying pan on each side in a large amount of oil.
