Turkey Tomato Cheese Burrito Recipe

A burrito is a Mexican snack that is a soft flatbread that is wrapped around a filling. Today for breakfast we make a burrito with cheese and turkey, although you can also use chicken breast or veal. We chop the meat into cubes and fry it in olive oil, and at this time we cut the red onion into half rings and free the baked pepper from the skin, which should first be held in a well-closed plastic bag so that the skin can be removed easily and quickly. Cut the pepper into strips and remove the seeds, and chop half of the hot pepper with a knife along with the seeds. We remove the fried meat from the fire, fry the onion and chili pepper in the same pan, and at this time we beat the canned tomatoes in our own juice without the skin. In the resulting sauce, add dried herbs, fresh herbs (basil, chives and parsley) and 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar, which gives the dressing a slight sourness and caramel hue. We wrap the rolls, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese again and pour over the dressing – in moderation so that they are juicy, but do not float in tomato sauce. We put the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes, quickly boil the rice and serve with rolls. Now we know exactly how to cook burritos, so our breakfasts will be more varied and satisfying.
