Chilakila with chicken

Chilaquiles is a national Mexican dish based on fried slices of tortilla corn tortillas (corn chips) with salsa sauce. Like any dish, chilaquila has different variations, depending on the region or family traditions. Eggs or chicken are added to this dish, cheese or sour cream (both are possible), served with beans. It is usually eaten for breakfast, so for chilakil it is convenient to use chicken cooked the day before. For an authentic taste, instead of feta cheese, you can look for real Mexican cheese.Products
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Canned tomatoes, in tomato, without skin – 700 g
Chili peppers in adobo sauce canned – 2 pcs.
Salt
Small fried chicken – 1 pc.
Cilantro – 0.5 cups
Corn chips – 80 g
Sour cream – 0.25 cups
Feta – 50 g Mix the oil with finely chopped garlic in a large (4-liter) saucepan (pot). Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
