Almond triangles

For the recipe you will need:
for the test:

butter – 350g
granulated sugar – 250g
wheat flour – 700g
fine cornmeal – 20g
baking powder – 1 tsp
almond extract – 1 tsp
water
For filling:

almonds (peeled) – 500g
granulated sugar – 250g
butter – 2 tbsp. l.

aromatic liquid (fleur d’orange) – 1 tbsp. l.
for decoration:

confiture – 220g
powdered sugar.
To make Almond Triangles:

Prepare the dough. To do this, mix butter, sugar, wheat and corn flour, baking powder, almond extract and water. It is necessary to obtain a homogeneous dough. Roll out the resulting dough with a rolling pin.

Prepare the almond filling. Grind and mix the almonds with the sugar, then add the butter, cinnamon, almond extract, aromatic liquid (fleur d’orange). Roll the mixture into small balls.

Cut out circles from the rolled out dough. Put half a teaspoon of marmalade in the middle of each circle.

Put a ball of almond mass on the confiture. Use your fingers to pinch the fillings into triangles, leaving the top of the almond ball uncovered.

Lay the triangles out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven on medium heat.

Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
