Gazpacho Recipe
Gazpacho is one of the most popular Spanish dishes.
However, this soup will fit perfectly in our hot Far Eastern summer.
Just imagine – it’s hot, you don’t feel like doing anything, and here a refreshing lunch comes to the rescue.
Ingredients:
– sliced tomatoes (I buy ready-made in jars, do not confuse with pickled ones or in their own juice, these are just tomatoes without skins, without salt and ready-made)
– tomato 1-2 pcs
– cucumber
– bell pepper
– olive oil
– garlic
– salt
Cooking:
Peel fresh tomatoes, stew in the oven with garlic (can be in a mikre), cool. Puree all other vegetables in a blender, add olive oil, black pepper, red pepper (ideally Tabasco would be good), salt to taste
