Chicken Leg Paella with Vegetables

A complete meal for the whole family. The name of this Spanish dish comes from the Latin “patella” – “frying pan”. Residents of the sunny country claim that there are at least three hundred recipes for making paella.
INGREDIENTS:
chicken legs 4 pcs.
sweet bell pepper 300 g
salted tomatoes 300 g
long grain rice (white) 200 g
onion 150 g
garlic 20 g
chicken broth 3 cups
olive oil 4 tbsp
paprika (ground) 2 tsp
salt (to taste) 1 tsp
ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
COOKING:
1 Cut the chicken legs in half and remove the skin. Finely chop the onion, garlic, cut the sweet bell pepper and canned peeled tomatoes into small cubes.
2Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry chicken meat, add onion and garlic, mix, simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Add peppers and tomatoes, fry until moisture evaporates, then ground pepper and salt, paprika.
3 The next ingredient is “long” rice, fry all together for another 2 minutes. Paella with chicken legs and vegetables pour chicken broth, simmer for about half an hour, stir.
ADVICE
When serving, garnish the dish with lemon or lime slices, sprigs of green parsley, canned green peas.
