How to take fat burners

The impact is due to the influence on the level and work of hormones that are directly responsible for metabolism, such as: thyroid hormone, somatotropin, insulin, cortisol.

One of the necessary conditions reducing body fat is to increase the level of free fatty acids (FFA). But just increasing the level of FFA to reduce body fat is not enough. The thing is that FFA is difficult to penetrate into the cell and the process of their oxidation is difficult.
